Our October 2015 OUTWOD will be hosted by Bowery CrossFit

This month we are teaming up with a great organization called The Uprising.

The grantees this year are the Ali Forney Center and the 52nd Street Project - they are both experts in serving our fellow New Yorkers and have big plans to help our city flourish.

WOD:

In Teams of 3, complete the following:

3 x 9 min AMRAP w/ 2 min rest between AMRAPs (this time will be used setting up weights)

AMRAP 1 - Score is Max Meters Rowed

Person 1: 150m row

Person 2: 15/10 Goblet Squats (RX: 24/16, Scaled: 16/8, Up: 32/24)

Person 3: REST

AMRAP 2 - Score is Max Burpees

Person 1: 10 Burpees

Person 2: 5 Power Cleans (RX: 135/95, Scaled: 115/75, Up: 155/115)

Person 3: REST

AMRAP 3 - Score is Max Double Unders

Person 1: 30 Seconds Max Double Unders

Person 2: 8 Push Press (RX: 115/75, Scaled: 95/65, Up: 135/95)

Person 3: REST

AFTER WOD SOCIAL: The plan is to stick around after the WOD and socialize at Bowery CrossFit. We will be getting some beer, wine, and other refreshments and will head to the roof to mix and mingle.
