Many of you have been salivating for the WOD...so now it's time to relax and update your Games Training Journals with a nice little team-style workout.
"Fight for the Crown (Heights)"
In teams of 3, complete the following:
30 Wall Balls (20/14)
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
*All team members will complete 5 rounds. Athlete 1 will begin with the row, once Athlete 1 is thru the row, Athlete 2 will begin the row, etc.
After the WOD - we will head over to Branded Saloon, 603 Vanderbilt Ave. which is about 6 blocks from Crow Hill CrossFit.
