Our charity this month is The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.
The mission of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) is to cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
CCFA sponsors basic and clinical research of the highest quality. We also offer a wide range of educational programs for patients and health care professionals, while providing supportive services to help people cope with these chronic intestinal diseases. These programs are supported solely through our donors, grants, and fundraising efforts.

After a group warm-up, we will split into two groups. One group will start on the strength/skill, the other group will begin on the WOD below.
3 Rounds for Reps (Fight Gone Bad Style)
In this workout, you move from each of the five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On a call of "rotate," the athletes must move to the next station immediately. The stations are as follows.
